Track 1: 'invitation to peace'- 8 min seated relaxation. A good place for beginners or those who want a small bit of calm.

Track 2: 'invoking silence' - 22 min relaxation done lying down. The vocals last 8 min - giving the listener 14 min to continue with the meditation with the music, or an opportunity to slowly fall asleep.

Track 3: 'focused inward' - 60 min conscious relaxation (referred to as Nidra Yoga) that provides 45 min of dialogue & additional 15 min of music.
